We were invited by Delta Air Lines to design and manage a major activation for their top frequent flyers and business communities in Zürich. We brought to the event our knowledge and understanding of customer experience to immerse the guests in the values and service offered by Delta. A series of pods, each demonstrating a particular aspect of the Delta experience, were positioned around the central event space. The event was punctuated with a series of prize draws, video projections and live demonstrations to maintain excitement and interest. It was so successful that we were asked to take the activation concept to many major European cities.
